Not a medical device
My Genetic reStart is a wellness and education platform. It is NOT a medical device. It does NOT diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not approved by ANVISA, FDA, EMA or any other regulatory authority as a diagnostic tool.
Not a substitute for a doctor
Information in our reports must never replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician with any question about a medical condition.
Genetic information has limits
Genes are one of many factors that shape your health, together with environment, lifestyle, family history and chance. A genetic variant identified by us is a probability, not a destiny.
Test accuracy
We do not perform the DNA test. We analyze raw files from third-party labs (23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage and equivalents). Quality depends on the original lab. Variants can be miscalled and arrays do not cover the whole genome.
Supplements & medication
Any supplement, food or peptide suggestion is informational. Do not start, stop or change any supplement or medication without speaking to your doctor or pharmacist, especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, while taking medication or with a chronic condition.
Emergencies
If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on this Service.
Children
The Service is not designed for use on children's data without explicit parental authorization and medical supervision.
